Owner/President
Matt Maupin
Matt, a seasoned second-generation real estate investor, founded both Infinite Properties, LLC and The Passive Wealth Investors Club. With over 24 years in the industry, he purchased his first property at just 20 years old. His expertise spans various real estate sectors, including single-family residential, multifamily, industrial, office, self-storage, and hard money lending. Today, Matt oversees multiple businesses and a diverse property portfolio. Outside of real estate, he's a two-time Colorado State Champion Wakeboarder in the Masters Division, showcasing his prowess beyond the boardroom.
